Looking to sell my practice as soon as possible preferably within 3 months time, due to medical reasons. (Serious Inquiries only) The ideal buyer would be located within 50 miles of Medford, NJ. It is important that the buyer values 'service' over 'profitability'. My clients are small businesses who need service.

The majority of the clients in the RIA business are rolled over IRAs. Also have perfected a 401(k) Gormet, partnered with TD Ameritrade Institutional that dramatically reduces costs and increases participants’ total returns using ETFs.

I also have an Insurance portion of my business making an additional 150K in revenue. For many years we did mostly employee benefit plans. The large block of disability insurance that I have is with Mass Mutual, which is all in renewal or service fee-based. I still have some group insurance available as well. 60% Life, 25% Health and 15% Disability.

We currently have a Research/ Operations Director employed, who would very much like to come along with the deal either on the insurance or securities side to support post transaction.

I own a 3,000 ___ office building on a main 4-lane highway complete with filing system and substantial office furniture located in Moorestown, NJ. (High-Income town) Building is for sale. It is structured with steel beams in the roof in case the new owner would like to add a second floor. Building allots for 32 parking spaces.
