Overview

I am in the growth phase of my practice and am interested in acquisitions. I have sufficient support staff to absorb another practice and the backing of a large RIA, LPL and personal capital. I'm looking for the seller to stay on for 6-12 months, as to smooth out the transition and limit attrition. My Practice is 85% fee based and 15% commission based. Money Management is largely ETF based (active and passive). I have had two prior acquisitions in the past two years, a total of 20MM.

About me: Thomas joined The Pinnacle Financial Group in 2017 and has 21 years of financial services industry experience. Thomas’ past affiliations have been with Morgan Stanley, Citi Smith Barney and Wells Fargo Advisors prior to joining The Pinnacle Financial Group. He is married to his wife Diana and has 2 children, Morgan 25, Mariah 28, 3 stepchildren and 5 grandchildren. Tom manages the assets of a select group of families and small business and takes pride in the deep relationships he garners with those clients. Thomas’ strengths are (but not limited to) asset management, insurance planning, retirement planning as well as estate planning as it pertains to client investments. He works in conjunction with clients other trusted advisors such as CPA’s and attorneys to coordinate a successful plan for clients. He feels his job is much more than asset management and that is evidenced by the intergenerational relationships he has with his clients, their children and extended family. Thomas is Series 7 and 66 licensed as well as Life Insurance licensed.
