Unique opportunity to receive 112-250 new clients all in trusts in various states in the US with $280m - $400M in assets of which $100M+ are investable assets. This transfer of clients accounts and AUM will be in the next 3-6 months as the trust clients are on borded to my other non-regulated trust planning company. Over the next 4 years I need an RIA growth-oriented partner that can handle several thousand additional clients from across the US and over $1B in AUM. Looking to split revenue vis solicitor agreement, subadvisor agreement, or another structure that would not require regulatory supervisor or playing any active role in the advisory services.
