September 6, 2017: I previously listed this practice about 2 years ago (2015) when my partner and I were looking into her exit strategies.
Fast forward to current, and my partner has exited the business and I have inherited the business. As such, I'm looking to partner.
This book is primarily composed of money management and reoccurring Insurance programs. The client base is located in the midwest, but is managed by a team located in a few locations. The relationships with the clients are excellent and most are long term.
Many of the clients are individual financial planning and money management clients. However, we also have several Corporate Retirement engagements which revolve around corporate retirement plans and nonqualified deferred comp.
We are looking to merge with a practice that can help grow this solid, $40m book into a solid, $250m book.
