The Insurance portion of my business makes 150K in revenue - which the majority of the households are roll-over RIAs. For many years we did mostly employee benefit plans. Large block of disability insurance with Mass mutual which is all in service fee based. Still have some group insurance available as well. 60% Life, 25% Health and 15% Disability.

We currently have a Research/ Operations Director employed, who would very much like to come along with the deal either on the insurance or securities side to support post transaction.

I own a 3,000 ___ office with filing system and subtle office furniture located in Moorestown, NJ. (High-Income town) Building is for sale. It is structured with a steel roof in case the new owner would like to add a second floor. Building allots for 32 parking spaces.
