 Position Description
• Run illustrations – comparison of product for out comes
• Process client paperwork & follow-up to completion
• Keep Client Spreadsheets up to date regarding market changes
• Contact Companies regarding client accounts
• Input New client accounts information into Broker Dealer System
• Prepare materials for client presentations
• Perform administrative functions, including yet not limited to:
- Coordinating of meetings
- Participating in company rep meetings Q&A

 Candidate possess
• Pursuing a financial degree and licensing
• Understands terms: Fiduciary and confidentiality and is able to deliver on those responsibilities.
• Sees the position as a potential to their growth and that of the business
• Enjoys working with the public
• Able to apply and recall learned material to future situations
• Highly organized & Detail oriented
• Ability to work in a fast paced and evolving environment
• Enjoyment of educating clients and facilitating of total financial package
• Microsoft Office skills
• Grasps and follows directions well and remembers directions
• Ownership of own work
