As a Farm Bureau Financial Advisor you will grow your business through personal production and have the opportunity to partner with local Farm Bureau Financial Services Agents to provide financial advisory services to more than 540,000 client/members across our 14 state-footprint. Principal Accountabilities:
1. Perform the functions of a financial advisor professional including; financial and estate planning, asset management, quarterly and annual client updates and reviews.
2. The WMA will be maintaining relationships with agents and client/members.
3. Manage the delivery of the Wealth Management services to the client.
4. Conduct client educational seminars and workshops.
5. Infield resource for all registered agents for all planning and investment inquiries.

Qualifications;
1. College degree or equivalent (Finance or Business) required.
2. Seven years relevant experience as an advisor required.
3. Minimum Assets Under Management (AUM) of $40,000,000 required.
4. Minimum production of $300,000 with at least 70% fee based business.
5. Supporting documentation of AUM and Production may be required.
6. FINRA Registered Representative and Principal, Series 6 or 7, (65 or 66) and 63 required.
7. Fingerprinting required.
8. Certified Financial Planner (CFP) preferred.
9. A valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Records are required.
