My objective is to acquire, or merge with the intent to buyout, with a like minded advisor. Currently looking for these opportunities in OH, FL & AZ. I have clients all other the country and they are most heavily weighted within these states currently. I focus on assisting individuals, families, businesses, trusts, and foundations with strategic financial planning. Discussing and analyzing each client’s wants and needs to develop an in depth understanding of each clients goals and risk tolerance. Then thereafter, developing a tailor fit investment approach to meet these stated short and long term goals. This process has made me very proficient within the Goal Planning & Monitoring system. To instill confidence within my clients, I explain each action plan through an easy to digest discussion. Investments and financial planning at times can be very complex for those outside of our industry and I would like to think that I have the unique ability to educate and simplify these decisions for my clients. I do so by centering the discussion around a probability of success equation, taking confusion and emotion out of the investment decision process. I focus on understanding each clients full financial picture - not just the account(s) I manage. This includes not only investments and financial planning, but also; management or utilization of debt, estate planning, succession planning, investment banking capabilities, alternative income generation, risk analysis and cash flow analysis. While most advisors focus solely on asset accumulation, I allocate time discussing asset distribution, asset preservation, as well as income generation. Currently, 90%+ of my business is fee based. However, I have extensive experience within the defined contribution space - including Multiple Employer Plans (MEP). I have many plans utilizing my broker-dealers 3(38) Fiduciary service, as well as, 3(21) plans where I serve in the fiduciary capacity with assistance of Envestnet. This space has become a niche market for my business and has allowed me to earn the business of many owners and executives of plans I serve as the FA.
