We are a comprehensive financial advisory firm that works closely with CPA, bookkeeping, estate and family wealth preservation, and insurance professionals in order to fully service our clients needs. Though not CFP's we approach all client relationships through a comprehensive planning process in which we do not charge a fee for but have found it greatly enhances the assets and accounts we capture. We have existing business from both fee based investment advisory accounts and trail based annuities. New business over the past 36 months consists of 75% approximately being fee based revenue. My partner and I are 38 and 45 years old respectively, have been in this industry for almost 40 combined years and both have experience as advisors in the wirehouse, banking in the past, and now independent channel since 2011. In addition we also assist an associate advisor in helping him grow his smaller practice and have a succession agreement with him when he decides to retire. We have purchased one book of business in 2012 that was primarily a variable annuity book and have unwound that practice to fit the clients in a much better way and we also purchased a very small fee based book of business in 2015 form an associate. We are looking to expand and purchase practices or if the correct situation presented itself combine our practice with another group.
